For Morgan, who can barely make a balloon animal, it is incredible to see a piece of furniture that captures that whimsy while maintaining structural integrity.
C. STUDIO FLAK TUX LAMP
Flack Studio’s Tux lamp brings a refined, tailored elegance with just the right amount of playful flair. And yes, we are slipping in another plug for our Red Theory blog. The lamps structure is thoughtfully designed to provide a warm, comfortable light that fits seamlessly into a variety of spaces. Morgan selected this piece for its unique proportions, with the shade slightly larger than the base. This an unexpected design choice that stands out from traditional lighting ratios. This subtle shift in proportions offers a simple way to introduce something distinctive into a home, especially in Park City, where the focus is often on creating balance with the surrounding views. The Tux lamp illuminates the space beautifully without competing for attention, letting the scenery remain the focal point. D. VIJA DOKS DOGGIE PARADE
Art does not always have to be serious to be striking. Vija Celmins’ Doggie Parade, is a delightful example of how whimsy can coexist with artistic mastery. With its playful theme of dogs parading, the piece invites both lightheartedness and deeper reflection. As interior designers in Park City, one of our biggest challenges is making large spaces feel cozy and inviting. The Doggie Parade helps with that, thanks to its impressive scale—360 inches, or 30 feet long. This piece is perfect for a bold homeowner with a large wall in need of a statement. E. AGRIPPA FURNITURE GINO CHAIR
The luxurious Gino armchair from Agrippa Furniture combines impeccable design with a sculptural presence. Its distinctive silhouette and plush materials give it an aura of understated elegance, while the clean lines and striking geometry keep it grounded in modern sensibilities. It honestly feels like a hug in chair form. Okay, Morgan, let’s not get too sentimental here!
DANi’s TOP FIVE DESIGN FINDS
A.DRAGA & AUREL FOR NILUFAR Talco coffee tables
When it comes to statement pieces for TFDF, Dani certainly did not disappoint with the Talco Coffee Tables from Draga & Aurel for Nilufar. This striking table makes an immediate impact with its bold, sculptural design, vibrant colors, and dynamic imagery. The cylindrical tables, available in varying heights and widths, feature sleek, transparent cast resin tops in vivid, monochromatic hues—creating a captivating play on transparency and color in design. The name Cutie Stool by Studio Sam Klemick could not be more fitting—this stool is as adorable as its name suggests, and it is a must-see! Available at Claude Home, it offers a playful twist on luxury with its bold, vibrant design and carefully chosen fabric. The Cutie Stool brings a burst of personality to any space, whether it is used as extra seating or as a chic accent in a hallway or living room. Its fun, rounded shape and luxurious upholstery add character and charm to your home decor. Simply put, this stool is irresistibly cute and would complement any home.
