Meet the team
Please know that all of us work on every project as a collaborative effort with our clients. You will benefit from our broad range of skills.

Great design begins with a complete understanding of a client’s needs and expectations. Alice’s ability to develop relationships with her clients that is based on respect, trust and confidence is at the core of every project. Her goal is to cultivate these relationships to help each client reach the best version of their overall vision.
Morgan Metcalf
After receiving a B.A. in Architectural Studies, Morgan started her career in the interior industry. Her knowledge of building structure combined with her innate sense of design was immediately a winning combination. Morgan has a strong eye for space and proportion, as well as the ability to construct unique combinations of color and texture.
In addition, Morgan holds an M.A. in Interior Architecture and Design. She is proficient in hand drafting, Revit, and 3D Max. These skills provide our clients with visual renderings of design concepts, allowing for a deeper understanding of the proposed interior schemes. Morgan’s strength and passion is to quickly understand a client’s aesthetic and develop a plan based on their style.
Dani Huckabone

At Williams Metcalf, Dani is our Design Assistant, which means that she supports all facets of our work from product sourcing to assisting in client meetings to maintaining project timelines. With a sharp attention to detail and a distinct aesthetic, Dani’s close collaboration with the design team is an asset to every project.
BEN JENSEN
Ben is the Library Specialist at Williams Metcalf Interiors, which is a vital role in our studio. With a natural ability to see color and texture, Ben keeps our fabrics organized impeccably, allowing the team to easily sources the materials. In addition, he keeps our samples of wallpaper, furniture finishes, tile, hardware, lighting, plumbing, window treatment, flooring and more all perfectly organized and labeled. We are grateful for his fine work every time we access resources in our library.
Elsie Fichman
Elsie has been working in design all her life. With a degree in Graphic Design from Parsons, she easily overlayed those skills to interior design work. With her strong design instincts and confidence in her skills, we trust her candid opinion. In addition, Elsie is our boots on the ground in our Hanover, NH office. She measures, installs, meets with clients, and generally keeps our projects moving along when we are not physically there. Our work is all the better with Elsie’s support.
TEd + Oakley + ziggy
With this troop, three is not a crowd. Ted, Oakley and Zig are best friends, and all play a special role in our studio life. Collectively, they remind us to walk and to give treats and to leave the office at the end of the day. We all love our work so much and our joyful dogs help keep us balanced…and our fabric library in order!
